Welcome to the ZORGNET website

ZORGNET aims to create a network of care providers that offers structural support for cooperation between doctors and other involved in the provision of medical care in Brussels and its suburbs. ZORGNET strives for optimal patient care through coordination between the general practitioner, specialists and other care providers. ZORGNET develops care pathways that recognise the professional responsibility of the care providers on the one hand and respect the linguistic and other characteristics of the patient on the other.
Any patient or care provider from Brussels or its suburbs, who is in search of quality and patient-centered care, is welcome at ZORGNET. We understand that in spite of their linguistic knowledge, not all care providers have access to the professional network required to meet the needs of Dutch-speaking patients. We therefore kindly invite you to make use of our knowledge, methods and Dutch-speaking network.
Funds are provided by the Flemish Ministry for Brussles and the Member of the Flemish Community Council in charge of health-related matters. For this reason, the website is mainly in Dutch.
